Artificial intelligence is transforming biomedical research. **Biomni** is a general-purpose biomedical AI agent that unifies reasoning, retrieval, and code execution to autonomously perform scientific research tasks across diverse biological domains.  
On Hugging Face, Biomni provides a central hub for all model weights—spanning the **Biomni-A**, **Biomni-E**, and **Biomni-R** series—along with checkpoints, configurations, and evaluation logs to enable transparent, reproducible, and scalable deployment.
