Improve model card with metadata and paper link

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: image-text-to-text metadata, improving searchability on the Hugging Face model hub.
Adding the library_name: transformers metadata, clarifying the library used for this model.
Ensuring the paper link is included in the model card.

This enhances the model's discoverability and provides crucial information for users.
